CMHA Calgary builds awareness and provides education and support for individuals and families living with a mental health or substance use concern or a loss by suicide. Through our Therapeutic Groups and Drop-in Support Groups, we offer support, information, and resources to aid family members in maximizing their ability to assist their loved ones or those they are supporting who are affected with a mental health or substance use concern while staying balanced in the process. WHAT TO EXPECT

How does it work?

Choose and book a session.

You provide brief information on this secure site. Then choose the  time, Monday to Friday, that works for you. 

Receive Confirmation.

You will receive an email confirmation. At your appointment time, the peer support worker will call you. 

 

Your Peer Support Appointment.

 

One 45-90 minute session may be enough to address your needs. Other support options can also be discussed during your session.
