One-on-one counselling for those who identify as caregivers. Caregivers include people who are supporting individuals with disabilities or mental illness in some capacity.
Online and In-person Counselling

Virtual and In-person counselling sessions specializing in workplace stress and burnout, family relationships, health, children, parenting, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Sessions are on sliding scale fees from $0 to $70.
Languages Available: Tagalog and Cantonese.
Newborn Behaviour Observation
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
The Newborn Behavioral Observations (NBO) system includes 18 neurobehavioral observations, highlighting the baby's abilities in areas like vision, hearing, and perception. Used from birth to three months, it guides parents in responding to their baby's unique needs.
