Grief & Healing Group

Your Counselling

The Your Counselling Grief & Healing Group is a professionally facilitated therapeutic group designed to support individuals navigating loss in its many forms. Grief is not a linear process, and this group offers a compassionate, structured space where participants can explore their experiences at their own pace. Through guided discussion, psychoeducation, and evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, participants are supported in understanding the emotional, cognitive, and physical impacts of grief while reducing isolation and validating their unique responses to loss.

The group emphasizes connection, meaning-making, and adaptive coping, helping participants develop tools to carry grief in ways that feel manageable and integrated into daily life. Facilitated by experienced clinicians, the Grief & Healing Group balances emotional safety with gentle forward movement, supporting participants as they honour what has been lost while gradually reconnecting with stability, purpose, and hope.
