Eating Disorders Therapy

Your Counselling

Eating disorders, disordered eating, and body-image concerns can affect emotional health, relationships, physical well-being, and daily life. This program provides individualized, non-judgmental therapy for clients experiencing eating disorders, food-related anxiety, negative body image, low self-esteem, perfectionism, compulsive exercise, or related concerns.

Treatment is personalized and may incorporate CBT-E, DBT, narrative therapy, somatic approaches, exposure and response prevention, self-compassion, and body-respect frameworks. Therapy can help clients understand their patterns, reduce shame, regulate difficult emotions, increase flexibility around food and exercise, and develop sustainable recovery strategies.
