Anger Management Counselling

Your Counselling

Anger is a normal emotion, but frequent or intense anger can affect relationships, employment, communication, and overall well-being. Anger Management Counselling provides respectful, non-judgmental support for individuals who want to better understand their triggers, reactions, and patterns of behaviour.

Sessions are personalized and may incorporate cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and communication strategies. Clients can develop healthier ways to regulate emotions, respond to conflict, express their needs, and strengthen their relationships.
