Trellis Society

Trellis Society is a Calgary-based, social services organization that works with children, youth, adults, families and communities to unearth potential and support growth. Our programs focus on improving access to resources, developing family and community supports and building people's capacity to deal with life's challenges.

Trellis' offerings make up a continuum of care that is designed to wrap supports around vulnerable people, families and communities. We strive people in every stage of life, with the goal of establishing a critical foundation for generation change.

Services Offered

Counselling for Children and Their Adults

Individual & Group Sessions

Counselling for children and their caregivers to strengthen bonds, support emotional expression, and manage behaviour through play and creative therapies.

Costs:

  • Low-cost, sliding scale structure (starting at $35 per session)

Serving:

  • Children (ages 4-12) and their adults/caregivers. Sessions can be booked for children, parents, or both.

Counselling for

Youth

Individual Sessions

Affirming and inclusive youth counselling sessions that use creative, flexible approaches like art, movement, mindfulness, and nature to support emotional well-being.

Costs:

  • Low-cost, sliding scale structure (starting at $35 per session)

Serving:

  • Youth (ages 12-24) seeking support, including those identifying as 2SLGBTQ+ and BIPOC.
