Infant Massage:

Bonding Through Touch

Kindred Connections Society

Infant Massage offers a special opportunity to connect with your baby under 1 years old and other caregivers in a safe, supportive space. You’ll learn simple massage techniques that promote relaxation, support your baby’s development, and help ease common discomforts - nurturing both of you along the way.

In this space, you are the expert on your baby, and we’re here for support as we explore a new skill! Please bring anything you may need to care for your infant during our time together. This is a baby-led class, free from pressure or expectations of perfect parenting. You’re encouraged to follow your baby’s cues - whether that means participating fully, taking a break, feeding, soothing, or simply observing.

If possible, bring a yoga mat and a couple of extra stuffed toys. The toys can be helpful for practicing massage strokes if your baby isn’t feeling up for massage that day.
