Unpacking Emotions
Carya
An 8-week group that helps adults unpack the complex emotions we experience daily. This program focuses on seeing emotions not as problems to fix, but as valuable signals that guide us toward meeting our needs and making meaningful decisions.
Participants will learn how to better recognize, interpret, and embrace their feelings, including the uncomfortable ones, and use them as tools for self-growth and more authentic connections with others. Through group discussion and facilitated learning, this program supports self-awareness and emotional resilience.
